Do you actually come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We detail at your home, office, or driveway across Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties. If you're just outside those areas, ask anyway; we're often able to accommodate nearby requests.
Who shows up to do the work?
One of us — Zach or Levi. Lucent is two founders, not a rotating crew of subcontractors, so the vehicle you hand over gets the same hands and the same standard every visit.
What's the difference between a Full Detail and a Maintenance Plan?
A Full Detail is the complete job, interior and exterior, top to bottom — it's what establishes the baseline. A Maintenance Plan keeps it there between full details: exterior wash, wheels and tires, windows, and a quick interior vacuum on a recurring schedule.
How is pricing determined?
By vehicle class and condition, plus cadence for anything recurring. Full details start at $229 and maintenance plans at $59. Every job gets quoted directly — you'll have a real number before anything is scheduled.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts — just consistent, on-schedule service. If it isn't working, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Do you offer paint correction or pet hair removal?
Both, as add-ons to any vehicle. Paint correction removes swirls and light scratches to restore gloss, and includes the required prep — wash, decontamination, and clay bar. Pet hair removal is a deep extraction from carpet and upholstery.
